Inspired by neo-rural lifestyles where direct, physical interaction with the environment is an active choice, HUBL generates light thanks to a pulley attached to a clockwork-inspired spring motor. A you-powered lamp that delivers both visual and tactile pleasure. HUBL is easy to mount on a wall, ceiling, or other support using the screw sockets, or it can be hung on a hook with a rope or chain. The clockwork-inspired spring motor generates light thanks to a downward pull on the cord. 30 seconds of pulling can generate about 12 minutes of light.
